In my PhD studies, I am involved with laboratory automation and data analysis for bioprocess development.
I built a Python toolbox for Bayesian parameter estimation workflows.
At Zymergen in Emeryville, CA I built models and pipelines as an intern in the data science team.
At EMBL Heidelberg I'm building deep neural networks for image classification.
At Heidelberg University
Metabolic engineering of E. coli for methanol metabolism, DIY bioreactors, data analysis and coordinating a highly enthusiastic team. Won Best Manufacturing Project (overgrad), a gold medal and nominated for Best Supporting Software (overgrad).
Graduated in applied and molecular biotechnology from RWTH Aachen University.
Co-founded Aachen's first iGEM team and built a microbial biosensor and measurement device. Won a gold Best Measurement Project (overgrad), Best Supporting Software (overgrad), Safety Commendation and a gold medal.
Built a 56" back-projected multitouch wall with a infrared laserlight plane (LLP)"
Built a multitouch couch table with infrared injection-FTIR.
