I am building a toolbox for automating Bayesian parameter estimation in Python.
At Zymergen, I build models and automated their training as Airflow pipelines.

Metabolic engineering of E. coli for methanol metabolism, DIY bioreactors, data analysis and coordinating a highly enthusiastic team. Won Best Manufacturing Project (overgrad), a gold medal and nominated for Best Supporting Software (overgrad).
Graduated in applied and molecular biotechnology from RWTH Aachen University.
Co-founded Aachen's first iGEM team and built a microbial biosensor and measurement device. Won a gold Best Measurement Project (overgrad), Best Supporting Software (overgrad), Safety Commendation and a gold medal.
The TouchInjector takes TUIO messages and injects them as Windows touch input.
